does the morgan mint call you every other day trying to pitch some overprices coin like the other companies i've ordered from.

if so, it's just not worth the hassle.

when they call you tell them they have the wrong number....or just give them the wrong telephone number in the beginning.


i got my small coin in the mail and the deal was as stated..with the exception that i had to pay $5 tax since they are in Ny too....oh well. maybe one day gold will be worth $640 per ounce again.

Thanks for the tip. I love these deals as the premiums are usually quite high on the $5 GAEs. No questions were asked when ordering and no hard sells on anything. The salesperson just took down my information and informed me it'd be 15 business days or less.

there's a charge on my cc bill for $59, which was the deal as stated.

As did I, but I also got a small COA that stated the coin was 0.900 pure gold. I thought that was a little strange, because aren't they actually 0.9166 (22k) gold?

yeah I see that in the box, it struck me as odd too, but this little thing is definitely a 1/10 oz gae and that's all I care about.

We had a few deals like this going last year here. A company in Texas goes by about 12 different names had a 1/10th oz GAE special as well. Only the limit was 10. Quite a few of us bagged the limit.

lol, they still call me from time to time. Used to be every week. I'll never answer a call from 409 again....

We had to give our number because they had to call back to confirm the # and the deal. Still worth it. Au was near $700 at that point.
